PROCESSING TIMES
- Raw & Virgin Bundle Orders: Processing time is 1-10 business days, extending up to 14 business days during sale periods.
- Wig Orders: Processing time is 1-21 business days.
Depending on your selection the processing time is in the description.
- Hair Extension Orders:Processing time is 1-10 business days.
- Lace Frontal and Closure Orders: Processing time is 1-10 business days.
-Hot Tools and Accessories: Processing time is 1-3 business days.
- Weekend/Holiday Processing:Please note that orders are not processed over weekends or national holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- Carrier: All U.S. orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS with signature confirmation and insurance. Packages addressed to PO Boxes are shipped exclusively via USPS.
- Delivery Times: Standard delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days after processing. Economy delivery takes 5-8 business days after
- Friday Overnight Shipments: Orders shipped overnight on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Carrier: International orders are shipped via FedEx.
- Delivery Times: Typically, international deliveries take up to 10 business days.
- Tariffs and Duties: International shipping costs do not include tariffs or duties imposed by your country. Please consider this when placing your order.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING REQUESTS
-Request Process: For expedited 1-day shipping, email us at contact@tailormadewigsnyc.net with your order number. Please note that not all requests can be fulfilled.
UNDELIVERABLE, LOST, OR RETURNED PACKAGES
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an insufficient address, it will be restocked, and store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card will be issued, minus the original shipping charge and a $36 restock fee.
- Address Corrections: Ensure your address is accurate at checkout. Address changes must be made within 12 hours of purchase. A $5 reassessment fee applies for changes requested after this period.
- Responsibility: TailorMadeWigsNYC is not liable for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once the package is with the carrier, please contact your local post office for assistance with any issues.
